Technodon's Tumblr: 「YMO」という商標の現在
■「イエローマジックオーケストラ」および「YMO」という商標の権利者は現在誰なのか
YMOは1993年の再生当時、散開前に所属していたレコード会社（アルファレコード）が商標権を持っていたためYMOという名称が使えず、文字の上に×マークをつけ「not YMO」と名乗っていました。
また、2000年以降3人での活動を再開したときも「HAS」「HASYMO」等を名乗り、あえて「YMO」の名称を避けているようにも見え、やはり商標の問題か、等の憶測も呼んでいました。
そこで、現在はどうなっているのか、気になったのでちょっと調べてみました。
